Your Role

As a Lean-Agile Coach, you'll be at the forefront of our transformation efforts, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to teams and leadership. Collaborating with other coaches and transformation leaders, you'll establish Lean-Agile practices and principles throughout our organization.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams and leaders during the inception of new value creation teams (VCTs).
• Facilitate workshops and Lean-Agile events at all levels.
• Deliver training sessions and share experiences.
• Promote self-organization, shorten feedback loops, and foster team spirit.
• Cultivate a safe environment emphasizing transparency and collaboration.
• Engage in Communities of Practice, infusing creativity and humor into product development.

Requirements

• Experience in agile or Lean-Agile environments (e.g., Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, Scrum Master) or a drive and passion for Lean-Agile mindset and methodology.
• Knowledgeable in related methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with solution development processes.
• Proven experience in leading or coaching through change.
• Willingness to challenge conventions and drive transformation.
