Your role As corporate business controller, you will be responsible for the financial planning wheel within Saab from Business Plan to Budget and Forecasts. You will synchronize and drive the process in Business units / Business Areas / Operational Countries as well as in Corporate Functions. This means that you will be responsible for tools, templates, scenario-handling and the full financial planning process. There is also a responsibility to develop ways of working and find best practice in the processes, and develop that in the whole organization. In the role lies also a responsibility for analysis and reporting of the outcome of the planning process, scenario development and also ad hoc analysis. Financial analysis in various projects is also part of your role e.g M&A, efficiency programs, benchmarks, KPI:s etc. Your profile To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in a leading finance role. You are used to support the business and management in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done. You are expected to be close to the business operations and understand the challenges we have in our business. Your work reflects a high sense of structure and quality. To be successful in the role we expect you to have good informal leadership and strong communication skills along with strong business acumen. Required skills * Bachelor of Finance or equivalent * Experience in Business Control * Good knowledge of Saab operations * Good general knowledge in the financial tools we use in Saab * Fluent in English both verbally and in writing * Strong business acumen * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
