Job summary

As a Member of the Solutions Centre of Expertise team you will be Mission: Responsible to Lead sales support to markets during sales process for advanced solutions and pilots / early deployment cases across the geographies, where markets are not having the right capabilities to execute with autonomy, including cross business solution models with a focus on Sustainability and Quality (including packaging/processing equipment and services).

Supports both packaging and processing in integrated solutions

You will be based in Sweden.

You will be travelling approximately 25% of the time within the region.

What you will do

  • Lead sales support to markets during sales process for advanced solutions, supporting and co-ordinating with relevant subject matter expertise, while helping Market team to define the technical scope linked to customer needs and value proposition.
  • Lead prioritisation and the value selling process for pilots /early deployment of advanced solutions (including cross business solution models), securing at clear link between the customer need and value proposition.
  • Lead deployment of pilots /early deployment of advanced solutions (Sustainability & Quality solutions) and ensure the delivery of the defined customer business benefits / values.
  • Transfer capabilities (Sell, Deliver & Manage) to markets to secure a consistent value delivered to customers through solutions.
  • Collect development needs to be fed back to PMSS team and Support development of new Solutions with focus on Sustainability & Quality, including the required capabilities to deploy (Sell, Deliver & Manage) these solutions.
  • Act as global Centre of expertise for solution selling, delivering, and managing.

We believe you have:

  • A strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to interact cross border and to build networks and relationships.
  • Solid business understanding of the Service Solutions business within Tetra Pak.
  • A high customer focused mindset and possess the ability to listen and respond to customer needs.
  • Fluency with English language
  • Have an ability to sell your ideas to others and your communication skills are excellent.
  • Ability to assess and qualify opportunities with other functions with Tetra Pak
