The position The Technical and Commercial Support team provides daily support to subsidiaries, distributors and customers within Power & Process Industries, which is one of Roxtec’s three business areas. Together with other colleagues in the Roxtec group, we create solutions and ensure that our products meet customer needs, add value and in the long run generate loyal customers. As Business Coordinator, you are part of a skilled team that supports our global subsidiaries and distributors. In addition, you will work in close cooperation with your team, as well as with various departments in the Roxtec organization. Cooperation and interaction with colleagues around the globe are part of our daily work. You coordinate incoming requests for support and customer offerings, which could be everything from customer forms to requests for new technical solutions. A large part of the role as Business Coordinator includes calculating prices and margins and you make sure that we enter customer projects in a competitive way. Since English is our corporate language, it is necessary to be very good in communicating in English, and preferably also in other languages such as Spanish, German, or Chinese.
