Job Summary

The Packaging Solutions organisation drives product and portfolio solutions as well as manages supply chain for packaging and additional materials, to sustainably deliver on our company's business ambitions.

We are now looking for a WCM Manager PackMat & AddMat who will be responsible for leading a small team, drive WCM and digitalisation evolution across the industrial base. You will be part of a global team on a mission to drive zero losses through consistent and systematic application of World Class Manufacturing approach.

The role is based in Lund, Sweden and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain function, reporting to the Director WCM & Quality, Supply Chain. This role will include travelling globally.

What you will do

You will take the leadership of WCM Coaches network to drive WCM audits, competence development needs and securing adherence to WCM methodologies, tools and systems. You will drive alignment across the WCM Master Pillars ensure consistency of methods and approach. You will also work closely with the central engineering teams to drive Smart Factory and digitalisation strategy in sync with WCM. You will also be a line manager with approximately 5 team members.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive global WCM auditing scheme including certification of auditors
  • Drive evaluation and reporting of WCM maturity
  • Lead planning and secure execution of greenlight audits for JIPM awards
  • Drive digital systems development and lifecycle management
  • Drive development and maintenance of WCM standards, methodologies and tools
  • Drive global WCM training and development programs based on skill gaps
  • Lead benchmarking and best practice sharing within TP and externally
  • Lead Beyond World Class Initiative
  • Define and continuously improve KPIs for industrial performance measurement
  • Change management coach for factory turn around
  • Develop vision for factory of future
  • Application of digital tools and technology in WCM

We believe you have

You have a strong operations background with at least 5-7 years of working experience in factory. You are knowledgeable in all pillars of WCM, preferably having lead the core pillars. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a result oriented, engaged, collaborative and analytical candidate with a passion for excellence and teamwork. Your drive, strong communication skills, engagement, and stakeholder management skills combined with your desire to deliver excellence in operational performance is highly desired. Preferably, you have experience as a leader or have the interest in taking on the challenge of being a people manager.
