Job Summary

Development & Technology IBE (Industrial Base Engineering) is developing and implementing standardised manufacturing equipment and processes for our converting factories, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive and sustainable packaging solutions now and for the future. Our CAPEX implementation team supports converting factories all over the world with installation projects aiming for increased output, quality and efficiency. We are now looking for a Project Manager to be part of our team.

This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. The position could involve international travel to our converting factories and suppliers.

What you will do

As Implementation Project Manager you will lead global cross functional project teams. You will act in an international environment in a wide network of people from different levels within Tetra Pak, as well as suppliers.

You will belong to a team with experienced project managers, as well as site coordinators leading the installation and commissioning on site. We stay true to our leadership behaviors dynamic, productive and capable, are curios and open minded to continuously improve our way of working.

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for delivering the required project outcome, and for managing the project controls time, cost, and quality.

Some of the projects can still be in development phase, where you are the representative from CAPEX Implementation, to ensure that the product being developed will be ready for industrialisation and global deployment.

You will focus on:

  • Manage projects to deliver, install and commission new converting equipment and upgrades in Tetra Pak converting factories all over the world
  • Build high performing teams, to ensure project goals, as well as minimizing production stop and other losses.
  • Drive project management activities such as planning, keeping track on budget, stakeholder management and risk management
  • Report and analyse project data, to proactively take actions and ensure project goals
  • Identify opportunities and drive improvements of our CAPEX implementation process and governance, as well as way of working with factories and development teams

We believe you have

  • Solid project management experience from complex implementation projects, preferably from process, packaging or food industry in a global organisation
  • Relevant University degree within Finance and Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • PMI PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience from TPM Early management is a plus
  • A very good command of English, both written and oral is required
