We are looking for an operationally experienced Manager Supplier Quality to grow and lead our Site Supplier Quality team at Northvolt ETT in Skellefteå, Sweden. As a team, and in co-operation with Group Quality Organisation, you will tactically and operationally grow and drive all Direct Material Supplier Quality activities related to the operation and expansion of our Gigafactory, including cathode manufacturing plant, in Skellefteå. The site is currently under intense ramp-up and focus of the local Supplier Quality Team is to enable our ramp-up by ensuring the right quality level from all Direct Material Suppliers. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain in Ett and be part of the Local Supply Chain Management team.

Some of your key future responsibilities:

• Grow and lead the Site Supplier Quality Team for Direct Materials, Packaging and Logistics consisting of Supplier Quality Engineers and Specialists sharing the passion for Operations
• Lead tactical response to Supplier quality Non - Conformities impacting production performance or Customer ramp-up
• Monitor performance metrics for suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality requirements, drive supplier development in collaboration with the Group Supplier Quality Team
• Lead the initiation of the charge back process in case of material non conformity
• Improve and Develop necessary Processes and Standards to ensure compliance with customer and certification requirements
