Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Test Manager

What You Will Work On

• Define and drive verification and validation strategies across projects and product changes
• Develop comprehensive test plans covering all verification phases
• Coordinate testing activities from early validation through user acceptance testing
• Plan and manage testing resources including rigs, environments, and vehicles
• Follow up on test execution and support issue prioritization and resolution
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
• Coordinate responsibilities across multiple test domains and teams
• Analyze test results and drive corrective actions
• Improve verification methodologies and testing processes
• Support virtual and software-driven verification approaches including softcar initiatives
• Strengthen end-to-end quality and release readiness
• Contribute to continuous process and delivery improvements

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Strong experience leading verification and validation initiatives
• Experience working with End-to-End testing or equivalent quality practices
• Strong understanding of how product quality impacts overall service delivery
• Domain knowledge within OEM connected services, telematics, transport solutions, and customer processes
• Experience planning and coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic planning with practical testing execution
• Experience driving issue management and prioritization based on test outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Professional proficiency in English
• Professional proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken
