Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop electronic hardware solutions for advanced products
• Create and maintain schematic and PCB layout designs
• Perform verification and validation of electronic designs
• Execute testing activities using modern laboratory equipment and methods
• Conduct design reviews and identify technical risks and improvement opportunities
• Ensure product quality across electrical and thermal performance areas
• Support engineering decisions related to hardware reliability and manufacturability
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributed engineering teams across regions
• Improve development processes and contribute to engineering best practices
• Support product readiness and transition toward production environments
• Drive continuous improvement across quality and verification activities

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics design and hardware development
• Extensive experience designing and developing electronic hardware
• Strong expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout design
• Hands-on experience using Altium and/or KiCad
• Strong experience in verification and testing of electronic systems
• Solid understanding of EMI, EMC, ESD, and thermal management principles
• Experience working in technically complex development environments
• Ability to identify design risks and drive engineering improvements
• Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
