Assignment Description

We are looking for a Solution Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand operational and business needs
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and IT solution improvements
• Act as a system expert supporting factory operations and production environments
• Perform IT testing and support quality assurance activities
• Support cloud migration, rollout, and upgrade activities
• Provide IT-related operational support and guidance to factory users
• Participate in Agile team activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support business-critical manufacturing systems and operational processes
• Contribute to troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization
• Help ensure stable and efficient production IT environments during transformation activities

What You Bring

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and structured way of working
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive working approach
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn business processes and technical systems in depth
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
