Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, SAP, and business intelligence? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your ideas and expertise make a real difference? We are searching for an IT Project Lead eager to be part of shaping the future of our IT landscape.

Project Duration

The project is planned as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent based on project needs and performance. Our goal is to have the position in place beginning January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

· Document IT infrastructure thoroughly to ensure clarity and efficiency.

· Analyze and document SAP systems and their underlying functions to support process improvements and system updates.

· Facilitate workshops aimed at defining responsibilities for master data and inter-departmental processes.

· Provide support for SAP-related projects, including the implementation and configuration of new databases.

· Assist with business intelligence (BI) setup and reporting solutions to enhance decision-making capabilities.

· Provide internal IT support and drive investigations for ongoing improvements.

What We Are Looking For

· A formal educational background in IT, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Fluent in Swedish and English.

· Hands-on experience with SAP and business intelligence tools.

· Experience as an IT Project Lead or related IT consultant role.

· Excellent documentation and data analysis skills.

· Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with various departments.

· A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for enhancing IT processes.
