Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define and validate the test environment for electrical systems.
• Integrate, verify, and validate the electrical system according to component interfaces and expected system behavior.
• Perform system testing and verification activities within a defined test scope and given requirements.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide resolutions to ensure product quality and readiness before release.
• Execute verification tasks based on established plans, directives, and operational procedures.
• Take operational responsibility for day-to-day testing and team deliveries.
• Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through analysis, feedback, and collaboration across teams.
• Act as a role model in applying advanced verification methods and in developing team competencies.

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system verification and electrical system testing.
• Strong expertise in defining, executing, and analyzing verification and validation activities.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor colleagues in complex engineering projects.
• Broad-based technical knowledge with deep expertise in system verification engineering.
• Experience applying structured methods and tools for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from test results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
