The Data And AI Engineer:

• Drives the technical direction of BI/AI projects, focusing on architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals and sustainability.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure that BI/AI solutions effectively meet the needs of the business while being scalable and maintainable.
• Plays a key role in technology selection, system design, and the implementation of innovative BI/AI solutions that drive competitive advantage.
• Provides technical support and guidance to other departments to ensure effective use of BI/AI technologies.
• Conducts training sessions and workshops to upskill staff on BI/AI tools and methodologies.

What Skills & Experiences We’re Looking For:

• Relevant programming skills for BI/AI development.
• Proficient in data processing languages such as Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions like BigQuery.
• Ability to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience with model deployment and monitoring in a production environment.
