Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop, configure, and enhance solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to ensure aligned and efficient deliveries
• Implement best practices for development, security, and deployment in Salesforce
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and architecture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards within financial services
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and support knowledge sharing across teams

What you bring:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and API frameworks
• Background in banking or financial services
• Experience working in large organizations with complex data models and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious experience:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer)
• Experience with Java or other backend programming languages
• Knowledge of governance, data protection, and compliance within financial environments
