Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing/Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Work as part of a value stream team to ensure production is delivered at the right quality, cost, and on time.
• Coordinate activities related to tool manufacturing, tool design, production preparation, method technology, and CAM/NC.
• Focus on robustness and zero defects, applying quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem solving.
• Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and customers on production technical issues.
• Participate in technology development and industrialization of new methods, processes, and working methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and automation in production.
• Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes competence, curiosity, collaboration, and a winning mindset.

What you bring:

• Academic bachelor’s degree, university studies, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
• Team player with a drive to succeed and a proactive mindset.
• Analytical, fact-oriented, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience or familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work fearlessly in challenging production environments.
