What You’ll Be Doing:


As a Retention Specialist, your goal is to help clients rediscover the value of the services the client provides. Your key responsibility is to handle cancellation requests and transform them into positive interactions, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood.

Key Tasks:

• Listen carefully to clients' feedback and understand their reasons for leaving.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet each client's specific needs.
• Offer creative alternatives, such as discounts or flexible plans, to encourage clients to continue using the service.
• Ensure a positive outcome for each interaction, regardless of whether retention is achieved.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service. Experience in sales is an advantage.
• You are a motivated individual with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering excellent service.
• A strong focus on customer needs and the drive to turn obstacles into successful outcomes.
• A team player who enjoys contributing to group efforts.
• Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.
• Good level of English, spoken and written.
• It is a plus if you have a Spanish ID-number.
