About this opportunity:
Ericsson's Radio Project Office in Sweden is accountable for developing and releasing all Radio products in Sweden, from early studies to volume production. We are also responsible for releasing the product in a total solution all way up to RAN.
Currently we are looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to join our team!
This exciting opportunity involves leading multiple areas simultaneously, with a focus on driving the project development of highly technical teams across all stages, from inception to completion. You will be at the helm of a large-scale project, leading teams of 200 to 1,000 cross-functional members. This scope will require not only excellent organizational skills but also an ability to foster collaboration across diverse disciplines and business functions.
Working in a high-volume, dynamic, and friendly environment, this role is ideal for a proactive individual with a positive attitude and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. As a key player, you will engage with a wide array of both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and communication to meet ambitious project goals.

The role will be based in Kista, Sweden, reporting to the Project Office Manager.
What you will do:
* You will manage end-to-end projects for new Radio products. This will include both Software an Hardware development and to secure the start of volume production.
* Lead and motivate people as well as make and follow-up on plans, status and deliveries
* Ensure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for product development
* Need to have a flexible way of working and ability to prioritize and achieve results
The skills you bring:
• A University degree (MSc or BSc) in a technical field or equivalent
• Proven experience from industrialization of complex technical hardware products
• Experience from software development
• Radio technology knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and capability to build networks
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in English, Swedish preferably
Additional skills:
• Previous experience in Telecommunication/IT industry would be an advantage
• PMI/Prince2 Certifications would be a plus
