Become part of a vibrant workplace with exciting development opportunities! We prepare you with a 4-week training on Allente's products, services and systems. You will alternate your training between theory and practical tasks, with support from your trainer, so that you feel confident in how to handle support and upselling.

Your main tasks consist of answering incoming calls from Allente's existing customers. Whether you take a call regarding an order, invoice or technical support, sales should be a natural part of every call. We create the conditions to tailor customized solutions based on each customer's needs.

Who we would like to have on the team

We want to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds, who enjoy learning new things and are curious. Your natural talent for helping others and going the extra mile for our customers will fit into what we do at Concentrix.

We are looking for you who:

- Have a native level of Swedish and are fluent in English

- Are proactive in your way of working and want to learn upselling products and promotional offers

- Have good experience of working with computers

- Have high service skills, are patient and can handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive manner

- Is open to an ever-changing work environment

- Can work rotating shifts 08: 00 - 19:00, Mon - Sun

It would be great if you also:

- Has experience of working with similar products before and is used to managing several systems at the same time

- Have experience working B2C

Some practical information

Start date: January 7

Workplace: Our office in Plaza Solymar in Benalmadena (Malaga)

You will:

- Have full and legal Spanish contract from day one, with access to the Spanish health insurance cover

- Have paid during training and having paid holiday (4 weeks + 4 days per calendar year), with holiday days from the first year you start working*

- Work a 39-hour work week, with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, and at least 2 free weekends per calendar month
