In this role you will belong to Parts Supply & Logistics department (PS&L), which is responsible for ensuring the global availability of accessories and spare parts across key markets. PS&L manages the entire material flow from supplier to customer through a network of central warehouses in Gothenburg, the US, and China, as well as additional regional warehouses worldwide. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Supplier Relations Management.

What you'll do
As a Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM), you will play a key role in driving supplier performance and partnership excellence. Using a structured approach, you’ll evaluate and strengthen critical supplier relationships, crafting strategies that elevate their impact on our success. Your proactive efforts will ensure that our suppliers consistently deliver parts and accessories according to agreement and beyond. Acting as the essential link between Parts Supply & Logistics (PS&L) and key suppliers of business-critical and high-frequency parts, you will collaborate closely with Supply Chain Coordinators, Demand Planners, and Part Lifecycle Optimization Managers to ensure seamless, end-to-end volume availability.
Scope of responsibilities in short:
• Achieve optimized KPIs, including supplier delivery precision and days of supply
• Ensure supplier capacity and capabilities are aligned with customer demand
• Enhance flow efficiency and flexibility by optimizing lead times and order quantities
• Conduct supplier audits to maintain quality and compliance
• Foster a collaborative, mutually beneficial relationship between PS&L and suppliers.
• Drive improvements across X-tier supply chain processes
• Develop and refine supplier collaboration concepts, processes, methodologies, and IT tools

What you'll bring
We are looking for a candidate who brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to our team. You hold an M.Sc. in Logistics, Economics, Engineering or other relevant field and have over three years of experience in Supply Chain. Ideally you have a background in OEM environments or key suppliers to our industry. Your deep knowledge of supplier audits, as well as experience improving production processes, data flow, and information systems, allows you to navigate complex logistics challenges with ease. You are also skilled in project management, have a keen analytical mind, and possess strong communication and presentation abilities.
As a global company, proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, along with the flexibility to travel occasionally to engage directly with our suppliers. A valid B Driver’s license is therefore required. Your background in roles such as planner, logistics engineer, buyer or other roles within supply chain, will serve as a valuable foundation, equipping you to drive meaningful improvements and strengthen partnerships in this role.
