Junior PLM Product Owner at Solina Sweden, Malmö

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior PLM Product Owner to contribute to our cross-site and multi-functional ST&I program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our digital transformation, working closely with the PLM Product Owner to harmonize our PLM systems across Solina. You will also support the integration and maintenance of legacy PLM tools and assist with the seamless integration of PLM tools from recent and future acquisitions.

Background: You probably have a background/education in food science, food tech or quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new sites and users on future and legacy PLM systems, including our in-house developed PLM, SAF.
• Create and provide relevant documentation and user guides.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Conduct event storming sessions to align business and IT processes and goals.
• Assess and document current processes, tools, and requirements.
• Write specifications for product development and improvements.
• Manage data loading, updates, and user support for SAF and future PLM systems.
• Provide 1st line support and manage complex user profiles.
• Assist sites in improving data quality through export and verification processes.
• Write and test user stories and communicate changes to key users.
• Conceptualize and contribute to the product roadmap.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical or scientific organization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills within an international context.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, result-oriented, with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Positive, energetic, and assertive yet constructive.
• Ability to interface between IT and business effectively.
• Experience with PLM and BI systems is an advantage.
• Ability to capture and synthesize central and local views.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to travel for short trips (< 1 week).
