Your mission
As a Global Learning Coordinator, your mission is to manage the operational and administrative backbone of our learning initiatives – from handling logistics and coordinating schedules to maintaining systems and ensuring learners have access to the resources they need. Your role will involve fostering engagement, building learning communities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. By streamlining processes and keeping everything running seamlessly, you’ll help foster a culture of learning and support the success of employees worldwide.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Learning Management System (LMS): Manage learning content, ensuring accessibility and organization, and administer day-to-day system functions, including user support and troubleshooting.
* Data & Reporting: Extract and analyze data on program performance, learner engagement, feedback, and system usage. Create regular reports to support decision-making.
* Program Management: Review program portfolios, identifying content for updates, archiving, or removal based on attendance and feedback.
* Logistics Coordination: Plan training schedules, manage communications with participants, and oversee registration and attendance.
* Supplier and Finance Management: Process supplier orders, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Learner Support: Serve as the main point of contact for learning programs, addressing queries, developing user guides, and promoting self-service tools.
* Engagement & Communication: Create and share materials to promote learning programs, animate communities of interest, and encourage knowledge sharing.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in testing new LMS features and identify opportunities to automate and improve processes and simplify our daily tasks.

Your profile
You thrive in administration, finding satisfaction in keeping processes efficient and well-organized. At the same time, you bring creativity and a proactive mindset, taking initiative to solve problems and improve workflows. To succeed in this role, you bring:
* 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to complex systems; proficiency with LMS and learning content management is a plus.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
* Strong organizational and logistical planning skills, including excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.
* Effective written and verbal communication skill.
* Proficiency in English is a must, other languages are a plus.
* Resourcefulness and a "can-do" attitude.
* Proactive problem-solver committed to delivering a high-quality learner experience.
* Team player with a highly collaborative mindset and adaptability to change.
