We are looking for a Business Controller on behalf of our client. In this role, you will provide essential insights that shape financial strategies and influence decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization, including line managers and the FP&A Manager, to analyze and follow up on financial performance, among other responsibilities.

Role Description:

• Thorough follow-up and comprehensive analysis of financial performance, including ad-hoc tasks.

• Effective execution of month-end closing activities and support during year-end closing procedures.

• Cooperative engagement with business and line managers throughout Sweden to ensure financial alignment.

• Coordination and preparation of budget and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy in driving budgets and forecasts.

• Delivery of strong analytical support and reporting to management on all financial issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Exelent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting procedures.

• Exceptional communication abilities in English and Swedish.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Great knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance concepts.

• Minimum 5 years previous experience from a Business Controller role

• Experience from the industry sector
