Your role at Intertek

As a recruiter at our Kista headquarters, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Manage successful “end-to-end” recruitment together with our managers, from creating job ads to making hires
• Identifying the right channels for the right staff groups and search for top talent

The role involves becoming part of our HR team during a parental leave until August 2025.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in competency-based recruitment, ideally for skilled roles in medtech, engineering, or other similar fields. Here’s what we’d also love to see:

• A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
• Proven success in searching for candidates, especially on LinkedIn, experience in international search is advantageous
• A drive to deliver high-quality recruitment with a great candidate experience
• Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing

As a person, you have a proactive and solution-oriented personality with the confidence to communicate at different levels. You are organized and results-oriented with the ability to negotiate and present your case in a humble and unpretentious manner. We also see that you are an administrative star who is skilled at managing multiple processes simultaneously.
