OUR TEAM The Technical Services team is responsible for the support for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we’re currently a team of around 38 people. Together with your coworkers, you will be considered a key asset in moving Axis towards the goal of being number one in their industry and giving the customers the best service. WHAT WILL YOU WORK WITH? As a Technical Services Representative you will be in contact with both end users and Axis partners to handle administrative and technical support cases or calls in German and English for the Middle Europe market. We support the customers over telephone, support tickets, and through chat. Your focus area will be on administrative support for all repair workflows and licensing requests. Your main tasks will be to: Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities Work with customer and RMA partners regarding returns or DOA’s/warranty exchanges Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required Collaborate with various internal departments and offices on RMA returns and credits Work with a case driven system where you have the final responsibility towards the customer for concluding and closing your cases At a professional communication level, maintain a good dialogue with the customer throughout the resolution of a support case Follow up on unpaid invoices Handle the licensing requests WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? As a Technical Services Representative, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Proactive and self-motivated, you'll also be committed to constantly seeking new ways to improve the customer experience. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a passion for technology with the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
