ASSIGNMENTS AND BUSINESS-CRITICAL TASKS Throughout the program, you will be given the opportunity to work on challenging assignments and business-critical tasks for one or more members of the management team at our HQ in the Stockholm downtown area. Through 6 months at your primary assignment and 3 months at a rotation, you will gain a solid understanding of the business and the ability to make an impact on both the strategy and operations. STRATEGY PROJECTS The assignments are often related to operational excellence, special projects, facilitation of lean principles, financing or sales analysis, product development and tech, or logistical challenges. WHO YOU ARE - A recent graduate within the last 1-2 years or soon-to-be graduate by 2023, with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering, business or economy. - Ambitious, analytical, and result-oriented with a curious and open-minded mindset - Willing to work in a fast-paced team. - Keen to embrace the 'learning by doing' principle, and not afraid to ask questions. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Location: Torsgatan 13 in Central Stockholm Starting date: Flexible Extent: Full-time or Part-time Language requirements: able to communicate proficiently in Swedish and English.
