Job Summary:We are now looking for a Technical Solution Sales Support to support Customer Units and KAM organizations with product and solution expertise in pre-sales for Cloud SDN and Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization. Responsibilities:You will position Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reportsProvide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customerProvide sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and CustomerContribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function and Ericsson Research. Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or similarProven knowledge of emerging trends and developments within SDN, NFV and Cloud InfrastructureComprehensive knowledge of software defined networking technologies (NBIs, SBIs, controllers, data plane nodes)Knowledge of software defined networking market and competitive solutions (Nuage, Contrail, ACI/VTS, NSX)Understanding of open source community initiatives (ODL, OVS, Openstack) and their roles in the Ericsson portfolioExperience with Openstack networkingExperience from working in the field with customersKnowledge of Ericsson and partner routing portfolio (Juniper MX, Cisco ASR 9000) Please send in your application in English as soon as possible since the process is ongoing.
