Are you our new HRIS Analyst? Heimstaden is a leading residential real estate company in Northern Europe, and proceeds to grow. Through our values, CARE, DARE and SHARE, we create Friendly Homes for our customers, and a Friendly Workplace for our people. We actively work for a sustainable society and to create value for our owners and other stakeholders. Currently we hold 116,000 homes across ten European countries and a property value of SEK 187 billion. In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an HRIS Analyst to strengthen our global HRIS team. You will be a our international hub for the support of our implemented HR modules and the related functionality. You will work closely togehter with a core Workday team, as well as with your international HR colleagues in the countries where we are present. In addition to being part of a dynamic, growing organization with lot's of career opportunities as we continue to expand, you will be a key resource for our further development of our HR platform. We need you to think, analyse and challenge us - not just do! Your everyday tasks (will never look the same day to day, but contain a mix of the below) Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs/requirements. Collect requirements and communicate information properly to our stakeholders (mainly HR) Participate as a team member to achieve successful support and enhancements of Workday HR functionality (with internal teams and with Workday consultants) Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security), implement new functionality and actively participate in related projects Monitor the a functional ticketing queue and provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues, for all Workday users Take full ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks and communicate status accurately to management and team Assist with the day to day operational needs of the Workday environment including user management, role changes, data changes and analysis as needed Build and modify reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and functional Workday user. Assist in managing and testing Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately to the various business unit leads. Work with HR-business partners to prepare and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data entry. Actively participate in Workday Community to identify any potential issues as well as identify any new solutions to existing issues. Assist in system testing, report build and in training of end users. To succeed in the role we believe you are a rare breed because... You are passionate about how system support, digitilisation and AI can make the HR function take quantum leaps forward by having access to data and tools to support managers' decision making. You are savvy in application usage - ideally you have 2+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Onboarding and Learning - but you can also have a similar role for another major system (Success Factors, Dynamics etc). You will need to have experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios. At the same time, you are very much a person who is in the business. You know the HR business processes, you understand borht the tasks they contain, the value they bring and you are equally interested in figuring out how to make the whole process better - not just the system part of it. This is why we seek you who also have strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc. It is strongly meriting if you are familiar with using the Workday commuity or similar. If you come with experience from modules for Benefits, Advanced compensation, Time Tracking etc it is a strong plus. As a person, we need you to be highly analytical, structured and with an eye for finding the devil in the details. You need also to be able to manage a certain amount of chaos as we are growing so rapidly - so you need to like to create your own structure, not just operate in one. You lack prestige, like to try new things and share both your successes and failures. You are ambitious and loves to (out)perform and to win - but as part of a team. You have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.  Sound like your dream job? Apply today (we needed you yesterday). If you have questions regarding the position, please contact Kristoffer Fjällström, Head of HRIS.
