We are now searching for a russian speaking summer employee for the role as Customer Service Specialist in BillerudKorsnäs Customer Service department in Skärblacka.

This is a temporary position with working hours 08.00-16.30, Monday to Friday.
Period: June – August.
Desciption of the position
As a Customer Service Specialist you are the link between our customers, Sales Managers, Production Planners and other internal and external parties. Your main tasks are to provide our customers with professional service and thereby create customer value and satisfaction. As a contact person and responsible for your customers you handle customer inquiries, customer orders, invoicing and other relevant documentation. Important is also to proactively update the customers about order status and deviations.
· Finished High School education or equivalent with approved grades
· Fluent in Russian, both oral and written
· Good knowledge in English, both oral and written
· Good computer skills and system understanding
It is meritorious if you have
· Ongoing or finished university education, vocational training within the logistics area, purchasing, Supply Chain Management, economy and/or experience from similar task assignments.
· Experience from working in an ERP system
