The future role holder is an expert in using, developing and implementing common people processes, systems and tools in order to deliver added value to the business. Are you looking for a chance to drive an organisation forward with you expertise? These are the responsibilities of the role:Act As HR Business Partner to the Local Leadership Team and drive proactively all people management matters within the respective locationAct as a local HR partner by promoting change initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the Location and respective function performanceDrive the implementation of Development, Performance Management, Organisational Design and Engagement in the location to meet location goals. This is done in close collaboration with the LLT and functional Business Partners.Act as catalyst to create a high performing (sustainable) Leadership Team, which promotes our learning organization philosophy through coaching, feedback and continuous development.Act as an employer representative in official bodiesDrive selected people related topics (e.g. exit interviews, employees on-boarding) for specific employee groups as well as being involved in recruitment processes What makes you the perfect fit?The ideal candidate we look for has a demonstrated ability to coach and manage change processes and strategic HR projects, with an open mind for future HR-related business needs and awareness of latest HR tools and techniques. With a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience, mainly in the field of HR (preferably in international context), a master degree in relevant fields as well as being fluent in Swedish and English we believe you can be a good match to this role.To be an even better fit we believe that you have an international mind-set with a flexible approach as well as a cross-cultural awareness and experience in working in a multi-national company. In your current position, you are recognized as being close to the business, customer oriented and good at building new relationships.
