Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT. We are looking for an HR Coordinator working 75% (could be more or less if needed/wanted) to our client Samsung and their office in Espoo, Finland! Job Description: As an HR Coordinator your main objective will be to support the Country Organization with a diverse range of tasks withing the HR area, to enhance and ensure an efficitent and compliant HR with the local organization. Some other key accountabilities are:  Acting as local HR first point of contact towards employees Supporting local managers in running annual HR processes Ensure local HR manuals, policies, and personnel plans are up-to-date and available for staff  Support SENA Nordic L&D with arranging local trainings Local HR Helpdesk support, working in a Nordic HR Helpdesk team  Running local recruitment processes (SRS administrator, screening applications, scheduling interviews, reference-checks etc.)  Planning and organizing Nordic and local Employer Branding activities and Graduate program administration Organizing local employee events  Employee Health and Safety (EHS) local support Enhance employee communications locally  Support with new and leaving employees (onboarding and offboarding processes)  Act as local interface towards payroll office, when required Support various HR processes and ad hoc tasks  HR system administration  Suitable Background: Master or Bachelor lever Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent  Minimum 2-3 years of experience within HR  Experience from working in a multinational company is an advantage Your Profile:       Business and customer oriented Flexible mindset and pragmatic approach  Self-driven and independent  Detail-oriented and structured Solution-oriented and patient  Excellent communication skills  Strong customer focus  Good cultural understanding  Proactive and being updated in HR processes and trends  Excellent MS Office skills, Excel in particular Fluent in Finnish and excellent English language skills  Interested?
