Experis is now looking for a HR Business Partner
As HR Business Partner at this company you will support the managers in all human resource related matters. You are part of a strong team consisting of two persons and you report to HR Manager. The company this position is for have a total of 200 employees, all of which officials. The position is located in Stockholm. Job Description Your team is responsible for delivering HR services to two companies. The position involves close cooperation with all mangers as well as top management and demands high intellectual ability. It also involves close collaboration with HR colleagues in all Business Units and markets, as there are employees, lending agreements and mobility's from all parts of the company. You will work closely with your managers to attract, recruit, retain, develop and coach the company's employees. Throughout the HR field, you handle both operational and strategic issues in a consultative and business-oriented manner. You will be an important resource in spreading the company's values. You will work both independently and in collaboration with others to develop and operate various processes in the HR area, ensuring an effective and efficient organization. Who are you? You have academic degree in Human Resources and solid experience in qualified HR work. We think that you are a person who dares to challenge ingrained practices and have the ability to be persuasive in a clear, yet humble manner. You are fluent in Swedish and English and your skills in MS Office tools are very good.
