We are currently looking for a Leadership & Development Partner to our Nordic HR team with genuine interest of driving the leadership- and organizational development agenda within Siemens. In Siemens Nordics we have activities across all Nordic countries, and you can be located in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki.    About the job In your role as Leadership & Development Partner, you will focus on supporting various divisions and teams in Siemens and driving their leadership and development projects in close co-operation with the business and colleagues within HR. You will work with cross Nordic projects e.g. leadership development, culture & diversity program and digitalization initiatives from agreed prioritization to implementation into the business.   An important part of the job will be to implement and facilitate these projects and initiatives in management teams/other teams throughout Siemens. Facilitations can e.g. include themes as leadership- and team development, cross-collaboration and change journeys. To include, motivate and cross-collaborate with colleagues and strong stakeholder management will be key to success as well as influencing activities around our leadership offering and activities towards building a continuous learning culture. Since you will support colleagues and management teams across all the Nordic countries, some travelling will be included in the role.   Who are you? To succeed in this position, you have experience from a similar role within HR where you have driven organizational development journeys preferably within a large organization. It´s also a big plus if you have a relevant university degree.  Your ability to build relationships, influence and inspire on all levels is crucial. We believe that you possess a can-do attitude and are not afraid to speak your mind. We would highly value your personality as prestigeless, curious and innovative, both in new ways of working and in using technical tools. Furthermore, you have the ability to communicate in a pedagogical way, in both one of the Nordic languages and English. You also need to have a strong drive of your own as well as being a great team player.
