Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

As Future Talent Quality Performance Data Analyst you will become part of The Quality Performance Team, within our Development & Engineering Systems Engineering & Quality organization. You will focus on monitoring Quality Performance and develop Quality Data Analytics for Development Programmes within D&E. You will become a quality expert for our newly developed products, track performance data (behavior) and provide intelligence back into our business. Work includes gather data, making analysis, visualize statistics, create reports, dashboards and provide data intelligence at the right time against set requirements back to our business and stakeholders. We hope you will develop into an important quality leader for our organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, curiosity and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about the area of Quality and Data Analytics!
· You have Bachelor’s within Engineering/Science and have/will have recent completed Master’s degree within Applied Mathematics and Statistics or related fields, finished latest in 2019-2020 (newly graduate).
· You have skills within Quality, Statistics, Data visualization, Excel, R, Power BI, Python programming.
· You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience within Quality and/or Data Analytics.
· You’re fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
· This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
· Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
