About the role As IT Service desk consultant you will be working at our costumer in Lund. They are a global company and you will be a part of the Global Service Desk. We are now looking for a person to join the team. Your main task will be to give IT support via phone, email and chat to internal customers. You will be working in a highly skilled and costumer-oriented team. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. This role is a consultant assignment with immediate start and for a total of one year. In your role as IT Service desk consultant your main tasks will include: - Give excellent IT support to internal costumers - Remote support About you We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2-3 years´ experience in IT support via phone, email and chat. You have experience from remote support and have experience from customer support. You are fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible, outgoing and communicative. You have excellent service level and have a problem-solving approach. Important for the role: - 2-3 years´ experience in IT support - Fluent in Swedish, English and Swedish - Experience in MS Windows and Office package We will attribute great importance to personal suitability.
