Trustly continues to grow and are now looking for a People Academy Manager to their People Operations team. About the role As People Academy Manager you have a central role where you will be a part of Trustly’s HR/People Operations team. The team works closely with each department to attract, retain and develop Trustly´s employees - building the company from within. This is a new role in the team where you will be responsible for setting the framework for The Trustly Academy - Learning & Development - at both strategic and executing levels. Together with Head of People Operations and the team, you will establish and define the role, setting the structure on how to support the organization across all offices and departments globally. With distinct project management skills, high attention to details and results, you will build the Trustly Academy in accordance with Trustly’s vision, mission and culture! Responsibilities will include: · Setting up and execute the Trustly Academy - Learning and Development framework · Inventory of Trustly's inhouse knowledge and evaluate how this can contribute in training · Align the training needs for each department globally · Source and evaluate external suppliers and negotiate contracts · Follow up and measure success of the program · Train and develop others in certain areas of expertise · Ensure new starters are onboarded and up and running as soon as possible Who you are? We are looking for a person with proven project management skills, excellent knowledge in Learning & Development who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We believe you are a true professional with a strategical and analytical mindset with a can-do attitude. Furthermore, to be successful in the role you: · Have successful working experience from similar positions · Are fluent in English and Swedish · Have an academic degree · Have International experience To succeed and thrive in the role you are structured, resilient, humble and ingenious with a profound entrepreneurial spirit.
