You will be working on our new platform that provides services after our travelers have booked their tickets. Here is an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge in other technical areas as we have strong collaborations and work with cross-functional teams for efficiency and quality in our products and services. You will be responsible for continuing to develop our platform while working with performance testing and web security in our broad tech stack: Java 8, Docker, PostgREST, NodeJS, and cloud technologies in Azure. Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying and monitoring systems exploring Scandinavian and some European sites. Exciting parts of your day will be working on coherent usability of our digital sites and explore new technology to improve our processes and journey to CI/CD. We believe in team work and agile environments. For us, this means working closely with our cross-functional teams all through the development process in Stockholm, but also collaborate with our team located off-shore. You are Clean code that can be tested comes natural to you, as does the understanding of software development and stability in highly performed web. We see experience, or interest, in DevOps and automated services as a bonus due to how we collaborate internally. We believe in software craftsmanship, learning and having fun while creating. SAS IT & Digital Innovation is responsible for all IT within Scandinavian Airlines. The business unit Operations Planning IT within SAS IT & Digital Innovation is responsible for providing all IT services necessary to support the end-to-end planning and execution processes and business departments within SAS Operations. It includes both network planning and planning of crew and ground personnel. The organization has around 100 employees and is located at SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna, just outside Stockholm city. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. There’s a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and commuter trains to/from Solna Station.
